Day 9 - Challenge completed!

The headeast team have successfully completed their extreme challenge, cycling an epic 1,000km!
Over 9 days, the challenge saw the team battle temperatures of 37ºC, tough mountain tracks, jungle terrain, strong headwinds and illness to reach their goal near the Angkor Wat temples of Cambodia.
On the final day, the team started early to cycle 30km to Preah Vihear Temple, arriving in time to beat the crowds. a UNESCO world heritage site, Preah Vihear is a spectacular 11th-century Hindu temple on a remote hilltop, known for its and unique architectural style. The perfect point to end the challenge.
Later, the team cycled back to Siem Reap for a special celebratory dinner, a reward for all their efforts.
