The Challenge - Day 3

Posted 8th December 2016

Today was one of the toughest day’s for the team, as they left the coast at phan rang to head inland, a total cycle of 90km. The day began early with a 50km cycle to Song Pha, at the foot of the Ngoan Muc pass. This mountain pass offered incredible views stretching back across the plains and paddies all the way to the coast. It was amazing to see much of the route covered over the last 2 days, and great inspiration for what is ahead.

From the lunch spot at Don Duong, the team cycled 40km to Khuong-Prenn at the foot of the Mimosa Pass before a refreshing drive through pine forested hills to Dalat.

Watch Alan Chambers' video from the road.
